We visited the showroom on a Saturday and were greeted by Neil who spent a lot of time demonstrating the electric wheelchair, he was friendly and knowledgeable, we wanted to mull over the information before making a purchase and therefore returned after the weekend to buy. We were again greeted by two more sales guys
(sorry didn’t retain your names) who were equally professional and friendly with good product knowledge. Purchase made and a couple of days later Neil arrived at
our house to deliver a gorgeous bouquet as a thankyou from the Sales team, what a lovely gesture. Excellent service all round from this company!

I have recently been unfortunate enough to have had an accident resulting in me having problems getting in and out of a chair. I telephoned TPG to seek advice and see if the firm could assist in any way. I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgable and extremely helpful. They allowed me to use a rise and fall chair to try out in the comfort of my home to see if it was right for me and whether I would benefit from that particular chair. I would recommend this firm to anyone either seeking advice or requiring equipment. 1st class professional and friendly service - thank you .

Since moving to the area with my disabled mother in January 2022 we have had excellent service from TPG, initially in fixing the old stairlift left in the house and recently the installation of a new model. All of the staff from sales through to the engineers have been helpful and professional. It is so unusual nowadays to be able to speak to somebody on the telephone who is willing to help you even on a Bank Holiday when we had a problem. I would definitely recommend TPG.

TPG are highly recommended - from start to finish. We installed a stairlift for my mother. Very slick and professional - the first phone call dealing with our questions; the sales rep who visited and provided the quote; the chap who installed the stairlift; the after sales communication; even a bouquet of flowers to say thank you to us. Yes, a great company with outstanding service.
